Privacy Policy
Last updated September 30, 2026
This policy explains what information whoisjoshuamichael.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. “We” and “us” mean Joshua Michael. Payments for this site are received by 874 Holdings LLC. This policy covers this website, not the separate services offered by Nexanet or DataMinimal.
Text message updates
If you sign up for text updates, we collect your cell phone number and a record of your consent: the words you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address and browser you used. We keep that record to show that you asked to receive texts.
We use your number only to send you text updates from Joshua Michael. I will never sell, rent, or share your data. This means your information is not provided to other businesses for their own marketing or advertising. Service providers that store signup records or deliver messages may process your number and consent information to provide those services.
You can stop the texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. The terms of the text program are in our Terms & Conditions.
Purchases and donations
Stripe processes purchases and donations on its hosted checkout pages. Full payment card numbers and security codes are entered directly with Stripe, not stored by this website. We can access transaction records, payment status and limited payment-method details through Stripe. Order records include your name, email address, shipping address, items, quantities and amounts paid. Donation records include the amount and the contact information supplied at checkout. We use these records to fulfill orders, handle payment questions and refunds, prevent fraud, and maintain business records. We share the delivery information needed to ship your order with shipping providers. Stripe’s processing is described in Stripe’s privacy policy.
Messages you send us
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments you send. We use this information to respond and handle your request. Please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive information by email.
Browser storage and technical information
Your browser stores the product identifiers and quantities in your cart so it can remember them between visits. When you start checkout, it also keeps a checkout reference and cart summary to clear the correct cart after payment. It stores navigation information during your browsing session so page links and browser navigation work correctly. You can remove this information through your browser’s site-data controls; doing so may clear your cart.
Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and request times to deliver the site, protect it and investigate errors. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies on its checkout pages for payment processing, security and fraud prevention.
Service providers and other disclosures
We use service providers for website hosting, data storage, payments, communications and shipping. Information needed for those functions may be processed by those providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect against fraud and threats to safety or security.
Retention
Retention depends on why information was collected, whether an order or request is still open, and applicable accounting, legal and dispute-resolution requirements. Consent and opt-out records may need to be retained to document communication preferences and prevent unwanted messages. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion.
Children
This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
To stop texts, reply STOP. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security or unresolved transactions. Available privacy rights depend on where you live.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
