These terms cover Joshua Michael’s text message updates, the store and this site. By signing up for texts or placing an order, you agree to them.

Text message updates

• What you’ll receive: recurring text messages from Joshua Michael with updates on the research, the public-interest work, its defense and ways to support them. Messages may be sent with an autodialer or automated system.
• How often: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
• Stopping: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. You can also contact us to request removal from text updates.
• Eligibility: you must be at least 18 and the account holder of the phone number, or have the account holder’s permission. Signing up isn’t a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. I will never sell, rent, or share your data. The policy explains the service providers used to operate the site, process payments and deliver messages.

Orders

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.
• We ship to US addresses only. Shipping is $2.99 for stickers and magnets, or $12.99 for an order with a yard sign ($4 more for each extra sign).
• Orders are packed and shipped by hand. Contact us if you need an update on your order or delivery.
• If an order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us with your order details at [email protected].
• Payments are processed by Stripe and received by 874 Holdings LLC; see the Privacy Policy for what we receive.

Order changes and payment questions

Contact us with your order number to request a cancellation, report a missing or damaged item, or ask about a return or refund. Whether an order can be changed depends on its fulfillment status. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Donations

Donations are processed by Stripe and support Joshua Michael’s independent research, public-interest work, and the costs of defending that work. For questions about a donation, email us.

This site

The site and its research are provided as they are. Links to other sites are for your convenience; those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. Nexanet and DataMinimal services are offered on their respective websites; visiting a link here does not purchase or subscribe to those services.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
